Our theme this year is in the works…Send your ideas to Tom and Bret
Our annual fundraising auction and party has become one of the most important fundraisers for our congregation over the years, and one of the most fun socializing events.
Join us for dinner (soups and such with meat, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options), for the auction, for the entertainment, or just for the community. Suggested donation – $10 per person or $25 for a family. Please register for dinner early (at the latest by November 11th) on the auctria.com auction website, coming soon.
We encourage you to dress up for the event to celebrate the theme (coming soon)!
Can’t attend in person? No problem! We will live-stream the event on Zoom, including entertainment, and online auction bidding will still be available.
Auction bidding will start Sunday November 8th. You will need to be registered on our auctria.com site to bid in the auction.
How to Offer an Auction Item, Service or Event
Items and services can be donated to our auction now using the online donation form. Donations can include all kinds of things like household and sports items, tools, art, dinner parties, vacation stays in cabins, help with yard work or snow removal, outdoor excursions, pet-sitting etc. Donation ideas can also be found on the donation form.
Please submit donation forms by Wednesday, Nov. 4th if possible!
You can drop off donations on Friday Nov. 13th 5-8pm or Saturday Nov. 14th 1-4pm.
How to Pitch In
We are seeking volunteers to help with the event, including soliciting donations from business, providing entertainment, helping with setup and cleanup, preparing dinner and helping with the auction. Last year we had some wonderful singing, music, dancing, stories and poetry.
You can sign up here to volunteer using this link: Reeb Rave volunteer signup,
If you have questions or suggestions, please contact Tom McClintock or Bret Buchanan.
