We have decided to hold our annual fundraising auction and party “Reeb Rave” online this year! This event has become one of the most important fundraisers for our congregation over the years. We are in the planning stages for possibly providing online entertainment and last minute live bidding. If you have any ideas or suggestions please contact Tom McClintock at email@example.com.
The online event is Nov 14th with live Zoom socializing 6-8pm. This could be an opportunity to show and tell your auction item, or an item or service you won from a previous auction that you especially like. Or show us something you have learned or have done during the pandemic. Or we could have a wacky costume contest. The deadline for donations is Nov 8th. Bidding will open Nov 8 6pm and close at 8pm on the 14th. You can view the 2020 Catalog here.
Items and services can be donated to our auction using this donation form. Please consider donating items and services with social distancing in mind. Covid safe services can include things like pre-made meals, help with yard work or snow removal, outdoor excursions, pet sitting etc. Other ideas for donating will be posted later on this site or you can look at last year’s catalog for inspiration.
Photos of items will be more important this year since bidders won’t be able to see them live. Photos should be in a jpg\jpeg format and limited in size to about 2MB if possible. Multiple photos are fine. You can email photos to Tom McClintock at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Help with delivering items to winning bidders can be provided by our Reeb Rave team if necessary.
