Our annual congregational meeting will be held Sunday, May 17 at 11:45 am, after the Sunday service and our monthly community meal. The meal will be a potluck. If you are able, please bring food to share. Donations for the meal instead of food are also welcome but not required. All are welcome to the meal and meeting, but only members will be able to vote.
At the meeting we will hear reports from the Board and ministry teams, vote to elect new Board of Trustees and Nominating Committee members, and review and vote on the proposed 2026-2027 fiscal year budget (the budget year starts July 1, 2026). Zoom participation will be available by staying on the Sunday service link. This is a chance to not just vote on important matters but also hear some highlights from this past year.
The agenda, proposed budget, and any other key documents will be posted here before the meeting.
A reminder that you must be an official book-signed member of the congregation for at least 30 days in order to vote at the meeting.
