Some of the most important work around community and vision happens in the daily practice of how we work together. Patterns of working relationships and the sharing of power help us live into our vision and values.

This service will take a look at the findings from the Ministerial Research Task Force and explore the implications of what this means for clergy, staff, and congregants alike. Kelly and Doug will also share their thoughts from their experiment with a more collaborative approach to ministerial leadership.
