Sometimes our resilience seems to come from an unknown source…we didn’t do anything in particular to “earn” it ourselves and yet it is there for us. Then how do we nurture resilience? Maybe just paying attention to the little things in life and our interconnectedness can cultivate gratitude and an ongoing sense of awe and curiosity. This then makes it possible for us to get back up, keep going and experience joy even when we have been knocked down by events.
