Alone Together?

More and more people describe themselves as lonely these days, and our awareness of the impacts of loneliness is growing.  This morning, we’ll explore some of the effects and some of the antidotes to loneliness. [Image from Soul Matters]

Worship Associate: Marti Everett

  • The Share the Plate recipient for August 14th and 21st is the Fritz Food Pantry at the Goodman Community Center. They provide groceries for more than 350 households every week. They believe everyone should have access to a variety of healthy, fresh foods, regardless of their income level, and they are proud to provide this valuable service to anyone in our community who needs it. All are welcome. Thank you to Deb Myrbo for nominating them!
