“What Might Solitude Bring Us?” with Rev. Karen

We’ve been experiencing solitude in unprecedented ways for an extended period of time, and this state brings a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual responses.  This morning, framed by excerpts from the new translation of Rainer Maria Rilke’s “Letters to a Young Poet” by Anita Barrows and Joanna Macy and an On Being interview with the translators, we’ll explore relationship and solitude.

Share the Plate

  • This week our Share the Plate donations will go to Worker Justice Wisconsin. This organization, formerly the Interfaith Coalition for Worker Justice, has long been on our list for giving donations. Despite the name change, they do the same work: defending workers against injustices, with particular focus on low wage workers and immigrant workers.
