| Nominate an organization for Share the Plate If you have a local organization you think is needing financial support and it aligns with our UU principles, consider nominating it for Share the Plate. You can fill out the form on the JRUUC webpage: https://jruuc.org/share-the-plate/share-the-plate-nomination/ or send an email with information about the organization and what the funds would be used for to Kelly Kearns. |
| JRUUC Bike ride through UW Arboretum Aug. 8, 1 pm The JRUUC Membership Team invites you to join fellow Reeb folks to bike through the UW Arboretum after services on Aug.8th. We will meet at 1 pm at the Wingra Dr. entrance to the Arboretum (intersection of Wingra Drive and Haywood) and bike the 6 mile loop together. There is an E-Bike rental station near that entrance if anyone wants to rent a bike. The Vilas Zoo and Vilas Beach are also near our start and stopping points, so folks might want to continue the fun at the Zoo or Beach. | Our Annual Rummage Sale is back! Mark your calendar for Saturday, August 21, 8am – 2pm. Note: The number of people at any one time in our building may be limited depending on the status of Covid. Donations will be accepted Friday, August 20, 5-9pm, or by appointment. We will accept all kinds of household items, toys, books, tools, sports stuff etc., except clothes.We need “Helping Hands” to set up and run the sale in two-hour shifts Friday 5-10pm, and Saturday 8am – 2pm.
