The Share the Plate for Sunday November 24 and Sunday December 1st is Access Community Health Centers. Access Community Health Centers is a non-profit organization with the mission of improving the health and lives of people who otherwise face financial, cultural, or language obstacles that prevent access to high-quality, affordable health care. Their team-based approach to care – with the patient an active participant in the care they receive – is what sets Access apart.
