| Help Wanted! As we move toward Level 2 of our Strategic Plan, we’d love to have someone who is comfortable being in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings to run the video stream – it’s easy and we can train you! Please contact Rachel Avery if you think you might be interested. You may have noticed that at JRUUC we have been talking a lot about being more inclusive, about offering a truly radical welcome. Besides getting to know newcomers at coffee hour, there are some very hands-on things you can do to help everyone enjoy and participate in Sunday worship (and virtual coffee hour). As we will be continuing with online worship for some time, we’d like to have a larger number of people who can serve in one (or more) of these roles. |
| Reeb Picnic to Kick off Summer!! We are excited to start gathering in person again. Reebers and Friends are invited to an outdoor picnic on Sunday, June 13th starting at 12:30 pm at Demetral Field, behind the JRUUC Building. To keep everyone safe we ask that you bring your own food, utensils, and blanket/folding chairs. We look forward to a fun lunch together where we can see and talk to each other in person instead of zoom! We ask that everyone arrive wearing masks and keep them on when not eating/drinking, and practice social distancing. As part of keeping everyone safe we need everyone to pre-register. Here is the pre-registration form. Please complete the form by June 12. If you have questions feel free to contact Sarah Elmore. The Reeb Membership Team has more summer events planned in addition to the picnic. Make sure to save the following dates. Specific details will be posted closer to each event.
