How can “just sitting there” help us in our everyday lives or on our spiritual journey? How can I use mindfulness if I just can’t sit still and do nothing? JRUUC members will share their experience with meditation and mindfulness and offer some short practices with silence, movement, music, and other ways of “dropping in” during everyday life.
